• You will as a Group lead for the Main process report to the Process Discipline Lead.
• You will lead a team of 5-10 Process engineers and be responsible for the deliverables for this team.
• You shall ensure that the team secures the overall functionality of the main process systems
• Identify need for meetings and reviews
• Resource planning
• Participate in interviews
• Participate in HAZOP, reviews, support the team members

• Working experience in detail engineering
• Experience in leading teams of engineers
• Strong competence in main process systems
• Ability and interest in inspiring and supporting people to deliver at their best
• Special focus on right quality and on time delivery
• MSc or BSc with required experience
• Minimum 8 years working experience from engineering (FEED and/or detail engineering)
• Working experience with Greenfield or Brownfield projects on NCS or Norwegian onshore O&G facilities
• Working experience as Process discipline/group lead
• Working experience within main process systems
• Establish good relations with the Client
• Solution oriented

• Good communication skills
• Have a high loyalty to deadline and quality requirements
