ECN has framework agreements with several leading companies and provides qualified personnel to clients within renewable energy, oil and gas, offshore, infrastructure, aquaculture and other industrial sectors.

Engineering Consultants Norway (ECN) collaborates with independent consultants operating through their own limited companies, as well as with subcontractors in Norway and internationally. Our partnerships extend beyond the commercial relationship. We believe in close collaboration, mutual trust and creating value together.
Where a subcontractor’s delivery is considered the hiring-out of labour rather than an independent contract for services, the subcontractor must be authorised as a staffing enterprise in Norway, where required by applicable regulations.
