When temporary hiring, the candidate is project-employed by ECN, who has the full employer’s responsibility. The duration of the assignment period varies, depending on the client’s time perspective and needs. ECN takes care of salary payments, sickness benefits, insurances and pension payments (OTP). Our processes are ISO certified.
