When using temporary staffing, the consultant is employed by ECN for the duration of the assignment, and we retain full employer responsibility. The length of each assignment varies depending on the client’s requirements and timeframe. ECN handles salary payments, sick pay, insurance and occupational pension contributions (OTP). Our processes are ISO 9001 certified.

We take the time to understand each client’s specific requirements and working environment. All candidates are carefully assessed before presentation, with particular emphasis on relevant experience, qualifications, availability and personal suitability.

We have well-established recruitment processes and an extensive network of qualified candidates and independent consultants. As part of our staffing service, we handle advertising, candidate screening and reference checks. We present the client with the best-qualified available candidates, together with a transparent, all-inclusive hourly rate.

Throughout the assignment, we maintain close contact with both the client and the consultant to ensure a successful collaboration. If your staffing needs become permanent, the consultant may transition to permanent employment with your company in accordance with the agreed contractual terms.
