Job Responsibilities:

• Part of an operational team with a wide range of tasks.
• Onboarding and offboarding of employees in our systems
• Writing employee contracts
• Updating employee related information in our HCM solutions (Workday, SAP, Service NOw)
• Providing support and guidance to leaders and employees (e.g. timewriting according to guidelines).
• Provide support and advice to our organisation within offshore, onshore and onshore plants and mobility in Norway.

Required Education:

• Knowledge of SAP, Service Now and Workday
• Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels, both verbally and in writing
• Strong attention to details: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure data is entered corectly
• Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitive employee information
