Job Description:

• Manage all aspects of QHSER in project during Tender phase when required.
• Manage all aspects of QHSER in project from project Start-up to Close-Out as required in the Contract
• Ensure that the project team is knowledgeable about and compliant to QHSER systems and tools
• Assist in Continuous Improvement development of the organization with regards to QHSER activities

Qualifications:

• Skilled in Project Management and methods
• Adequate Training and certification in QHSE and Risk Management (as detailed to be defined) preferred
• University degree MSc or MBA or similar
• Min 3 years experience as QA-, HSE- and/or Risk Manager from manufacturing, installation or offshore
• Knowledge of industrial processes – as cable manufacturing, relevant industry and/or marine and land installation works
• Understanding of Project driven organizations and requirements
• APQP Experience
• Scandinavian language preferred
• Fluent in English
