Job Description:

• Materials selection and evaluations for onshore and offshore projects
• Technical evaluations related to surface protection and insulation of piping and equipment
• Answering technical questions related to material and welding metallurgy
• Provide technical input to and follow-up of equipment suppliers
• Provide technical support to other discipline in all phases of projects

Qualifications:

• Good competence in metallurgy within metallic materials
• Good knowledge about corrosion protection
• Knowledge of relevant standards (NORSOK, EN, ISO, ASTM, ASME, etc.)
• IWE or IWI is not mandatory, but it will be a benefit
• FROSIO certificate coating and/or insulation is not mandatory, but it will be a benefit
• Experience in NORSOK and North Sea projects
• Good communication skills and proactive
