Job Description:

• You will support the tenders and projects on all purchasing related tasks
• you will prepare and evaluate offer to be presented and discussed with tender/project team.
• During Project execution, ensure high quality delivery, efficient project execution and minimum variations and claims by close follow up of internal stakeholders, suppliers, contracts and deliveries.
• Ensure good coordination with all tender & project teams; establish and maintain Procurement Plans according to Standards; provide necessary inputs to the monthly reporting.
• You will be an active and visible contributor in the tender and project to satisfy internal and external customers
• You may also participate in developing efficiencies and take part in technical improvements relevant to our department.

Qualifications:

• Master degree in Engineering , Business or Supply Chain or extensive experience with large marine operations subcontracts and eager to learn the purchasing part
• 5 years working in a project setting
• 3 years of relevant procurement and purchasing experience
• In this role the likelihood of succeeding will increase if you are proactive and eager to learn and improve.
• Fluent in English, Norwegian is a plus.

Important with valid work permit for Norway if not located in Norway.
