Temporary hire

Temporary hire is a good option if you need a candidate fast and for a limited time period.

The candidate will be project-employed by Engineering Consultants Norway, who has the full employer’s responsibility. The duration of the assignment period varies, depending on the client’s time perspective and needs. We takes care of salary payments, sickness benefits, insurances and pension payments (OTP). Our processes are ISO certified.

We have excellent methods for recruitment, and an extensive network of both candidates and independent consultants.

We handle the advertisement (this can be profiled or anonymous), screening and reference checks. There is no advance payment, if we are unable to solve the assignment you do not pay anything.
No cure – no pay.

You will get the best qualified candidates presented, with an all-inclusive price, and you are free to choose whom you would like to continue with.

If, at some point, your need for labor becomes more permanent, it is possible to employ the candidate permanently after the end of the contract period (minimum 6 months).

Permanent hire

Our recruitment advisers have extensive experience in assisting our customers with recruitment for permanent positions, and offer packages with all or parts of the process, according to the customer’s wishes and needs.

It is important for us to get to know you as a customer, so that we get a good understanding of your needs, visions and work environment. This gives us an understanding of the competence profile your company is looking for, so that we can deliver the right profile in relation to both professional knowledge and personal qualities.

Several of our experienced recruiters are certified in Aon Assessment, and we can offer ability-, skill- and personality tests linked to the recruitment process.

Tests will provide objective candidate measurement and provide a better basis for assessing whether the candidate has the necessary abilities, skills and a personality in relation to the client’s wishes.
