Temporary hire is a good option if you need a candidate fast and for a limited time period.
The candidate will be project-employed by Engineering Consultants Norway, who has the full employer’s responsibility. The duration of the assignment period varies, depending on the client’s time perspective and needs. We takes care of salary payments, sickness benefits, insurances and pension payments (OTP). Our processes are ISO certified.

We handle the advertisement (this can be profiled or anonymous), screening and reference checks. There is no advance payment, if we are unable to solve the assignment you do not pay anything.

If, at some point, your need for labor becomes more permanent, it is possible to employ the candidate permanently after the end of the contract period (minimum 6 months).
